This is the closest large concentration of temperature-controlled and distribution floorspace to our unit, and it is the most technically demanding work we do. Hams Hall Distribution Park runs to around 430 acres with its own rail freight terminal, and Birch Coppice at M42 J10 is served by several freight trains a day. Between them they hold serious cold storage capacity, including large automated facilities running around the clock.
Industrial refrigeration at that scale is a different discipline from splitting a shop unit. Downtime is measured in stock value, sites run to food-safety accreditation, and planned maintenance matters more than emergency response. We work to that standard, and we will tell you plainly when a job needs a specialist rather than pretending otherwise.
