Lichfield is six miles from Tamworth, so it is effectively local work for us. The city splits neatly into two very different jobs. In the centre it is hospitality, independent retail, offices and heritage buildings — comfort cooling in premises that were never designed for it, where the install has to be sympathetic as well as effective.
Then there is Fradley. Fradley Park is the largest rural employment site in Lichfield District, with something like four million square feet of employment floorspace consented and the majority of it already built. That is large-scale warehousing and manufacturing, and it needs a different conversation entirely — workspace cooling at scale, temperature-controlled storage, and plant that has to keep running through a shift.
